Arrival and departures
The minimum rental is one week with an arrival at the end of the day (after 5 pm) and a departure in the morning (before 10 am).
The arrival time must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Prices and tariffs
The minimum rental rate is one week, and any additional days will be charged at the daily rate.
The prices include the rental of the house, on set of bed linen and 2 towels per person, basic consumption (water, gas, electricity 50 kwe), WIFI, and cleaning.
Potential additional costs
On arrival a pre-payement of 50 € per week will be requested for the possible use of the air conditioning.
If it is not used during the stay, the amount will be refunded upon departure.
The cost of the additional service of cleaning and change of sheets and towels is 150 €.
Deposit
A deposit has to be made for the case of any damage that may occur.
An amount of 400 € will be requested on arrival when the inventory and keys are handed over.
This will be refunded at departure subject to damage.
Payment terms
A down payment of 30% of the total amount of the booking has to be made within one week after booking to final confirmation.
The remaining sum has to be paid until 4 weeks prior your arrival.
